SquidWeb update 18.12.2019

New features and updates:

  • Crew membership is now available on contact details page.
  • Group emails can be sent from Crew Planner & Employees page.
  • “Create client login” option is now available for crew type contacts.
  • Email container added to contact person details page.
    (emails to an individual CM can be viewed)
  • Mobile: Only the next upcoming job and pending payroll is displayed on home page.
  • Mobile: Check out process improvement:
    -Check out is automatically set to current time.
    -User can set check out time by typing now.
    -Check out info is set to previous crew members details.
  • Mobile: Precall and Spare processes updated.

    Fixes:

  • Payroll due filter container has been fixed.
  • Mailbox: Correct templates are displayed when sending QTE and INV emails. 
  • Mailbox: Project field has been adjusted.
  • Rate Card link in ToDo activity links to correct rate card.
  • Project footer has been returned to projects page.
  • Fixes to crew membership feature.
  • Payrolls: Export function is fully functional again.
  • Date filter in planning board is fixed.
  • Spare and Cancellation positions are no longer included in project footer total.
  • “Invoice net amount different to calculations” error message has been fixed.

New features and updates:

  • Mail can now be assigned to closed projects.
  • Supplier filter has been added to project details page header.
  • Mobile: crew list is available for all crew members.
  • Mobile: ‘Documents’ feature added to payroll page.
  • Mobile: Crew member supplier is displayed in crew list.
  • Planning Calendar: ‘Missing Crew or requested’ added to Item Filter.
  • Keyboard shortcuts are now available in mailbox.

  • Invoices: Filter invoice list has been fixed.
