SquidWeb updates 19.03.2024

New features and updates:

  • Adding attachments is now available when sending bulk mail!
  • Status can be changed via bulk now even when there is no supplier added
  • Added the methods of automated delivery notes to the Project Table. The methods are: “Calculate payable hours ” and ” Set paid / charged hours”. Use paid hours, used charged hours and automated delivery note methods need to be checkmarked under company settings.
  • Added net amount search filter under Accounting list
  • UX update – button style change for uploading delivery notes on Mobile App

Fixes:

  • Public profile crew photo change is possible again on mobile app
  • Profile view has been updated on Mobile app so that empty profiles for empty position do not show anymore so it removed clutter
  • Fixed automatic upload issue with social security document upload

  • You can now use Revolut payments via SquidWeb – that includes Sync accounting and Update payments
  • Bank transfers can now be unexported
  • Added improvements to Spare to Crew Calendar such as not disregarding the 6 day limit, assigns until the end of the month, not disregarding block dates

  • Improved performance and accuracy of email address search by designing and implementing a centralized table dedicated soring email addresses and eliminating duplicated email addresses
  • Added function to edit parameter field to contact container so when user has right ” Parameter” then they can add and edit parameter field
  • Added improvements to automated processing of delivery notes such as: filter improvements, switching back to “all crews” and toast displaying for warnings
