SquidWeb updates 25.02.2020

New features and updates:

  • Mobile: Pre-call map directs CM to the meeting point.
  • Mobile: “Crew info” section added – documents can be uploaded for all crew to see in the app.
  • Crew planner: Cancellations are now displayed.
  • Crew statistics container name updated to “KPI Crew members graphs”
  • KPI Crew members graphs added ContactPersonDetails page.
  • Applications: Successful applicants can now be added directly to contacts.
  • Receipts: All items are copied when a receipt is copied.

Fixes:

  • Delivery note email release: Company signature can be added.
  • Rate Cards: fixed issues when creating new rate card.
  • Project crew item: projects can be opened via the crew member activities.
  • Receipt: fixed issued with release receipt option.
  • Copy/paste PCI bug fixed.

  • Statistic container for Crew members.
    (Located in the SidePanel of the Crew Planner, you will find all the crew member’s working statistics)
  • KPI Project crew items (BETA).
  • Payroll: Per diem is increased.
  • Applications: Email container added.
  • Accounting: improved accounting row size.
  • Applications Rejection and Interview invitation emails added.
  • Projects/Receipts: Icon will indicate if a PCI is assigned to a receipt.
  • Invoice and receipts SidePanel positioning and sizing improvements.

  • Delivery note is always attached to Email when released.

  • Quotes: External comment template is empty until chosen.

  • Mailbox: activities container was not loading.
  • DN release email dialog “company” field is now set automatically.
  • Accounting: double entries in accounting list removed.
  • Accounting: items from shared companies are displayed separately.
  • Accounting: Select -not selected- removes contact from item.
  • Accounting: Creditor account remains after item is assigned.
  • Accounting: Invoice cannot be assigned if sum amount is not correct.
