Mobile Project Vacancies

User Story

The mobile page “project vacancies” will show jobs (project crew items) for which crew members can apply.

 

Crew Member Vacancies Application via Mobile App

In order for the crew member to be able to apply they need to have an active contact, active ratecard or active contact contract (this can be done under company settings, see admin section below). Once the crew member wants to apply for a job on click they are redirected to Crew Details Page.

 

 

 

Planners

In order for crew members to be able to view the Project Vacancy page on SquidWeb Mobile App they need to be given permissions for Mobile Project Vacancies (read & apply) and Projects (Read). Then they will be able to view the page and apply to all open vacancies in project for which they have company permissions to.

 

Admin

Beforehand the planners need to make sure that the Vacancy Method is set in company settings so that their project with Confirmed or Confirmed and Quote status will be seen by crew members.

 

Once this is done the crew members are set and ready to apply. Once the request has been sent the project will display the crew member and the status will be changed to Crew Request and will be shown under Project and Planning Calendar. In paralel the planners will be notified with the help of the automated robot so that when the request is made by the crew member they can see the notification in the messenger channel and also via Today page -> TODO.
