  • Activities: Filter added “All notes”.

  • Shared project: Project documents are now available to all users with access to that project.

    Fixes:

  • Search on today page has been greatly improved.
  • Accounting: column sizes can be adjusted.
  • Document rotate has been fixed.

  • Project manager is displayed correctly in mobile app
  • Projects without an assigned project manager will be correctly displayed in mobile app

  • BIC and IBAN are now automatically include in bank transfers dialog again
  • Invoices are correctly linked to projects via project name and number again

  • “Help center” option added to main menu.
  •  Visual mark for late refusal has been added to the Crew Planner.
  • Multiple improvements and fixes made to the Accounting feature:
     –After an invoice or receipt is assigned the contact, a debit or credit account will be set.
    -An activity is automatically created for export  items.
    -Accounting ID can now be accessed from an activity.
    -Formatting improvements made to Transfer Details dialog.
    -“Copy link” option added to row menu.
    -General formatting and layout improvements to accounting list.
  • A new option to include Spare positions in project confirmation report templates has been added to company settings.
  • Payrolls can be opened directly from a PCI  (if PCI is already assigned to Payroll):

    Bug fixes:

  • Crew Calendar would display project creator instead of the assigned project manager.
  • Upload payrolls to Lexware did not work.
  • A project manager that had left the team (deactivated in SquidWeb) was removed from old projects as PM.
  • “Text too long” toast would appear when making new projects.
  • In Payrolls the “+” was missing from the item grid.
  • Copy RCP would create a new RCP with wrong account.
  • Edit account no longer creates toast: “For this contact an account already exists”.
