Block dates are set when a crew member is unavailable to work for a set period of time, if an attempt to book the crew member is made over a block date, the planner will be alerted by the system.

Block dates are added in the Crew Planner and will allow you to set the duration, days and reason for the absence.
Individual or multiple weekdays can be blocked in one action with this feature. Great for crew members that are studying for example.

When a contact is assigned a language, all future reports and documents created in SquidWeb will be automatically generated in this language.
Just set the contact’s language in the contact details container and SquidWeb will take care of the rest.
Contact Persons may also be assigned a language for individual contact methods, but only the language assigned to the contact itself will affect the reports.

Accreditation reports can be generated directly from a project page.
All crew details are exported from SquidWeb to an Excel file to be sent to your client as crew member accreditation.
