Merge PDFs and Enclose Delivery Notes in Invoice Report

When previewing an Invoice and there is a Project Calculation report template the following actions can be performed:

* Option to choose which document to share / release by ticking the first checkbox
* Option of enclosing delivery notes by ticking the second checkbox
* Option of merging all PDFs into one PDF

 

 

Contact Details

 

Under Contact Details the 2 options for Merging Invoice Documents and Enclose Delivery Notes can be also checked off meaning if done it will automatically be checked in invoice preview by default.

These parameter can be setup for contact using a robot – please contact support if you are interessed.
